The Community Development Foundation (CDF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization funded in part by the private sector through the Linda Lee Allan Legacy Fund as well as the public sector with the City of Fayetteville, County of Cumberland, and PWC. The CDF was created as an extension of the Fayetteville-Cumberland County Chamber of Commerce to support economic and community development in Fayetteville and the Cumberland County area.

In honor of Linda Lee Allan who so passionately and tirelessly devoted her life and career to moving this community forward, the CDF has created The Linda Lee Allan Legacy Fund. This private sector investment fund will help support the five-year community and economic development initiative by the Greater Fayetteville-Cumberland County Community Development Foundation.
